Preeti Amin will be seen in Gili GilI Gappa as new Fairy

Priti Amin to join hands with Shweta Gulati in SAB TV's Gili GilI Gappa... Preeti Amin who is presently seen in SAB TV's Lapataganj and Sony TV's Comedy Circus Ka Tansen will now feature in SAB TV's Gili Gili Gappa as a fairy…. A source informs, "Preeti Amin will be seen in Gili GilI Gappa as the new fairy in place of Shweta Gulati. The coming track will show that Sandhya Shastri (Shweta Gulati) will have to leave the house for her exams and the family will get into trouble. It is then that Simran, essayed by Preeti Amin, will enter the house for the help." Talking about the new character our source reveals, "Preeti Amin will be seen in a long running role, where her character will go on and off as per the demand of the show. She will be a fairy with good intentions to help people and arrives at Shastri family to help Sandhya's family. She has her own style to spell her magic as she says, 'Just Like That' in a very unique way." We contacted Preeti Amin and she confirmed, "Yes, I will be entering the show as the second fairy called Simran and I am really looking forward for the track to go on air."

Papadpol Of Sab TV Going Off Air!

The makers of Papad Pol - Shahbuddin Rathod ki Rangeen Duniya, Optimystix, are all set to bring in another show on SAB TV. We hear that the upcoming show will apparently replace their current show. A little birdie chirps, "Optimystix will start the auditions from this week as the channel has given two months for the production house to bring the show on floor." Talking about the storyline, a source tells, "The story is about a joint family which consists of 14 members, and each member will have his/her own different story to tell. The show will concentrate more on the Dada- Dadi of the family and they will play the major role in the story." We too hear that the production house is planning to rope in Deepak Qazir (fame Kasautii Zindagi Kay) and Rupa Divetia (Fame Shree) for the role of dada and dadi respectively." We contacted Ami Trivedi to know on Papad Pol going off air and she said, "I really have no intimation on the show going off air, in fact I am listening his rumors since the time Papad Pol started. And now we are almost going to complete one year of telecast this May. So I have no clue about the show going off air." All we can say is Papad Pol is doing well on the TRP charts, but in television you can expect the unexpected to happen.

Breaking News Babita Iyyer Will leave Gokuldham Society

Moonmoon Banerjee's differences with the production house has brought about this development in SAB TV's Taarak Mehta Ka Oooltah Chashmah... Yes, you have heard it right!! Jethalal's (Dilip Joshi) dream girl is soon going to bid adieu to Gokul Dham Society in SAB TV's popular show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. The latest we hear is that Moonmoon Banerjee who essays the role of Babita has decided to leave the show. A little birdie informs, "Moonmoon has some issues with the production house and wants a break from the show. She is on the verge of quitting. The creative team has decided to not work on the replacement immediately and instead give their track a break. They have come up with a track wherein Iyer (Tanuj Mahshaddhe) has got a transfer due to Promotion at Chennai and the couple leave the society". We too hear that the production house is trying to sort issues with Moonmoon Banerjee. If at all she wants to return at any point of time, they will welcome her with a new track. But if Moonmoon wants to quit the show, the production house will look for a replacement and re-introduce the characters after sometime. We contacted Producer Asit Modi of Neela Telefims and he confirmed the buzz, "Yes, Iyyer and Babita will leave Gokuldham society for now. They might come back after sometime if everything falls in the right place". We contacted Dilip Joshi and he too confirmed the buzz, "Yes, Babita and Iyyer are going to leave the society and we are getting ready for the farewell party". Hope Moonmoon Banerjee gets back to the team of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah!

GATTU of Baa Bahu Aur Baby All Set To Play Mrs. Tendulkar

Deven Bhojani, the adorable Gattu of " Baa Bahoo Aur Baby", returns to the small screen with SAB TV's latest offering – "Mrs. Tendulkar". The show will present Deven in an interesting and unusual role. Deven said, "When JD Majethia approached me for the show, I just couldn't refuse them as they are like family to me. We have done some fantastic work together in the past and now we are back once again to create the same magic!" Earlier on, they have done some incredible work in shows like "Baa Bahoo Aur Baby", "Khichdi" and "Sarabhai v/s Sarabhai". The show premieres on January 31 on SAB TV and will be aired every Monday to Thursday at 9.30pm.
