Pratigya - 30th August 2010 Episode Written Update

It starts off with Pratigya walking into her room.She tries to start a conversation with Krishna by talking about Kesar di's sudden bout of dizziness and says that it's a good thing that she is alright now.Krishna seems to be least bothered about what she's saying.She slowly asks him why he didn't come to the mandir since he did go out anyway and due to this her fast and wish didn't get fulfilled.Krishna snaps at her and tells her off rudely that he already told her that he wouldn't be coming with her to the mandir.She says that by talking like this he is hurting her thoughts and love for him.He sarcastically tells her that she's behaving like as if she's the only one who understands what love is and that she should stop putting up an act and asks her wheather she doesn't feel disgusted at herself for lieing like this coz almost everything which she says is a lie.She says that her love for him isn't a lie and that she isn't putting up any sort of an act.He gets really irritated and tells her that only a cheap woman like her could lie so much and that she should be greatful to him for letting her even stay with him and in the house and he storms out of the room while she smiles and tries to shrug it off despite feeling so hurt.


Komal is removing all her jewellery while she looks at Adarsh who is asleep.She goes and sits on the bed and asks him if he's feeling sleepy to which he says yes.She tells him that he never talks to her.So Adarsh gets up and asks her to start the convorsation.She asks him to tell her about his likes and dislikes.He asks her why she wants to know this all of a sudden to which she says that it is important for their relationship.She asks him what he thinks of girls in modern clothes since she dislikes the fashion and trend which they follow now a days.Adarsh says that a person cannot be judged by the clothes they wear and it all depends on their personal choice,then he asks her to go to sleep.She thinks to herself that Adarsh is saying all this because he likes girls in modern clothes.She lies down and again wakes him up by asking whether he watches English films.He says yes and asks her to go to sleep without questioning him any further since he has to get up early to go to work.

Pratigya is resting on the sofa when Krishna walks in.He asks her whether she is sleeping and she says no sleepily since she seems to be a bit worn out.He asks her whether she has eaten anything to which she says no again.He walks out of the room.She wonders what he's upto and tries to rest again.After some time he comes back with a plate full of food and some side dish.He asks her to eat since she hasn't eaten anything since morning because she wasn't able to break her fast.She feels touched by his sudden concern and is about to eat when he stops her.He pours the side dish onto the rice and asks her to eat.She takes the spoon and is about to eat when he stops her again.She is a little confused.He takes out a tin full of chilli powder and pours almost half of it onto the rice and mixes it.He asks her to eat it while she looks at him in shock.He asks her to stop looking at him and eat the food.She thinks to herself that she is willing to do anything he wants her to if it will make him happy and starts eating it.While tears are streaming down her face he looks at her amazed and is perplexed since she is eating it.

Arushi is making something in the kitchen when suddenly someone puts a hand over her mouth and shoves her into a dark room and locks the door.It's Shakti who pushed her into some store room.He comes towards her and clings onto her hands and says that she hasn't even spoken to him properly.She asks him to let go of her to which he says he can't.She suddenly smiles at him and flirtatiously asks him to leave her hand while he also smiles and hugs her from the back and keeps praising her beauty by saying that she has a body like that of a forest full of silver and that all the roses are drenched from the beautiful fragrance of her hair while she looks all shy.Suddenly they show Shakti playing with Kesar di's hair.He was dreaming and when Kesar di asks him what happened he gets annoyed and tells her that she doesn't even let him dream properly and tries to get back to sleep.

Next day they show Adarsh and Shyamji getting ready to leave for work when Komal goes upto Adarsh and asks him to give her some money.He gives her a little but she says that it won't do and that she needs Rs.3000 for some shopping.He asks her why she needs so much money to which she says that she won't waste it and is doing it all for him.Nainaji and Shyamji prompt him to give her the money since she'll know how to spend it carefully so Adarsh gives her the required amount.

Pratigya walks into the room while Krishna is asleep.She wakes him up lovingly and asks him to drink his tea,get ready and come for breakfast and asks him to do all this soon since he has to have his medicines as well.He keeps looking at her since he is a bit surprised.She tells him that since he likes sweets a lot she'll make besan ka halwa for him and asks him if he'd like anything else.Since he doesn't answer she walks off with a smile while he keeps looking at her in a confused manner since he's amazed to see that she's being so sweet to him despite what he did the previous night.

Precap:Pratigya and Arushi are doing some work(most probabaly crushing chillies).Arushi tells Pratigya that since SS and Amma are coming back soon she plans to leave and go back home the next day.Shakti who was getting a shave turns upon hearing this and gets cut.He looks at the blood which is coming out due to the cut angrily while Pratigya,Arushi and Kesar di are surprised.

Pratigya with a TRP of 5.21 is now No 1 Show

STAR Plus’ primetime show Mann Ki Awaaz Pratigya had a TRP of 5.21 last week, making it the number 1 show on STAR Plus.

“The audience likes the show because the current track is interesting. The fans will be happy to witness Krishna and Pratigya get together,” said Pratigya (Pooja), adding that she would personally like to thank the fans who have supported the show from the beginning. “Thanks for all the love and support and my fans will be happy to see Krishna and me coming closer,” she said.
We also caught up with Krishna, who said that he was happy to know that the show has topped the TRP charts. “I would like to thank Pearl Ma’am for giving me such a unique role on television. I feel blessed to be part of such a wonderful show,” he said.
Pearl Grey, the producer of the show said, “The show has reached a point, which has drawn the audience. It’s a tough moment in Pratigya and Krishna’s life, when they realise the love they have for each other, as well as how Krishna’s family has been plotting to finish off Pratigya. This drama has been full of twists and turns, which has had the audience glued to the show.”
