Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani on Star One - Plot and Story
Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani is an contemporary, visual and visceral Romeo and Juliet story of the ultimate forbidden love affair - between a non human and a mortal.
Piya (Sukirti Kandpal) has always been a different girl, a girl with a mind of her own. Not the one who would get lost in the crowd; Piya never cared about fitting in with the trends and fads. Unlike girls of her age she was averse to love (she had a very strong reason for being like that; she had a past). But life had something else in store for her. Destiny held something else for her.And this happens when on getting a scholarship, Piya moves to Dehradun to pursue her degree. In the chill of the dense forests, she meets Abhay (Vivian D'sena), a strikingly handsome boy who completely sweeps her off her feet. But Abhay’s mysterious disposition raises questions in Piya’s mind. He is a recluse and very unlike the other college boys. There is this charm in him that draws Piya towards him. She feels a strong connection with him and yet gets the unmistakable feeling that Abhay decidedly does not want to get too close. However, in time the heart wins and, they are swept off their feet falling passionately in love with each other. But it’s an unusual love, a queer one. Abhay is not ‘human’. To Abhay, Piya is that person he has waited ages for – she is his soul mate. But the closer they get, the more Abhay must struggle to resist his primal instinct of killing a human. Yeh Ishq Haaye on Star One
Yeh Ishq Haaye on Star One - is a new love story on star One. Shreya Creations is coming up with a new show "Yeh Ishq Haaye" on Star One. The plot of the show is based on Punjab and is primarily a love story on the lines of Jab We Met. The flavor of this show is going to be slightly different than that of the current daily soaps.
Gaurav Chaudhary and Pavitra Punia are playing the main leads, while Neelu Kohli and Raj Zutshi are playing key roles. Rakhi Verma is playing the role of Prito bhabhi. Dakssh Ajit Singh will play that role of Harsimran who is a tough guy to deal with. Dakssh will be seen sporting a turban in the show. Yashdeep Nain, Srishti Rode and Raunaq Ahuja are playing the pivotal roles in the show.
The star cast also includes actors like Pankaj Berry and Jaya Ojha.
Shrishti Rode is one of the new discovery who is debuting on Indian Television as one of the female lead on Star One's new show Yeh Ishq Haaye. She is a cheerful and chirpy college girl. It would be really interesting to see an actual college going girl, who’s also full of life, playing one of the key role in a love story on the tracks of Jab We Met.
Rakhi Verma is playing the role of Prito bhabhi. Dakssh Ajit Singh will be seen sporting a turban for the role of Harsimran who is a tough guy to deal with. Yashdeep Nain (Lux Perfect Bride fame), Srishti Rode and Raunaq Ahuja are playing the pivotal roles in the show.
