The screenplay & dialogues have been written by Kabir Khan and Neelesh Misra.Aseem Mishra, who has worked with Kabir on New York, will be the director of photography.The Yash Raj Films’ romantic-thriller, directed by Kabir Khan and Produced by Aditya Chopra, is based on a story by Aditya Chopra.Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer Ek Tha Tiger will go on floor by the end of July 2011 and it is slated for a 1 June, 2012 release.

Salman Khan's commitment ensures film will be complete ahead of schedule We've scooped some pics for you from the sets of Salman Khan's upcoming film, Ready, a film being shot in Thailand in record time.

The second schedule of the film is currently underway in Bangkok, a week ahead of time. Obviously, producer Bhushan Kumar is thrilled with the progress.

Says a source from the unit of Ready, "Salmanbhai is very charged about the film and is taking a keen interest in every aspect.

Though he parties in his hotel along with his friends at night, in the day, he only focuses on the film and ensures it's briskly moving ahead." Khan wants his next after Dabangg to hit screens soon. Ready began shooting in December last year and is due for a June 3 release. That's just six months. By comparison, Dabangg took 11 months to complete.

The source adds, "Earlier, Bhai would take almost two years to complete a film but now he's changed his pattern. In fact, we signed up for a 40-day schedule in Bankgok, Pattaya, Kraabi Islands and the Kanchipura jungles where the action sequences are being shot currently." Says Bhushan, "I'm very happy with the way Ready is progressing. We were to finish and return to India on March 22, but now I think we will return by March 15 . All credit goes to Salmanbhai, director Anees Bazmee, co-producer Rajat Rawail and my uncleKishan (Kumar) who is present on the sets every day."

Salman Khan may have introduced The Great Khali with intense eagerness and animation but was he aware how much was he costing the bosses? WWE wrestler The Great Khali has, as all know, been a smart move by the bosses of Bigg Boss 4 to harvest some extra publicity and maintain its TRP, especially, after a slump was noticed in the ratings since the commencement of Amitabh Bachchan’s ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati 4’.

However, Khali has been making a huge hole in the producers’ pockets since this gigantic man comes at a gigantic price. Reportedly, he commands nearly 40-50 lakh rupees per week and this is a whopping price considering the weekly rate of other inmates hover between 2-25 lakhs.

And though the hype surrounding Khali’s entry did initially woo the audience and triggered the general mass interest; now the buzz is going down and with nothing exciting happening around him, his presence is weighing down on the producers’ minds (and their pockets).

Khali is not exactly a scandal-making person and quietly stays withdrawn in his exercising activities. Hence, after a certain point of time, it becomes mundane and repetitive watching him and even boring despite his magnificent proportions.

And as he continues to dig deep into the producers’ vaults, looks like the Khali trump card may have eventually backfired. And if the murmurs are to be believed, then, soon the situation may arise where we shall see Khali making his way out leaving a huge area of space vacant and abandoned.

Begum Nawazish Ali, the first Pakistani and the only transgender contestant on Bigg Boss 4  on Colors, was eliminated on Friday. She was nominated with actor-model Veena Mallik, also from Pakistan, and was happy to leave the house in three weeks.

“I can’t live in confinement. I spent three weeks inside with everyone, made merry and am returning home with lovely memories and friends. If I had stayed any longer, it would have probably affected my public image because the negative side of me would surface,” she says. It’s learnt that Ali will soon be brought back inside the house for a second round. However, she says she hasn’t been told anything about it yet. “If the channel and the production house (Endemol) want me back, I’ll be more than happy to return for round two.

Begum NawaazishI’ll be more prepared then, because when I came inside the house this time, I had neither seen the show nor read anything about it. I met with the most unexpected things,” she says.The popular chat show host from across the border has found friends in Veena Mallik, Seema Parihar, Aanchal Kumar and Rahul Bhatt.

Will miss them “Veena and I belong to the same industry in Pakistan but we became friends in India. Seemaji is so unpretentious. Rahul and Aanchal are sweet too. I will miss them but only so long as they are inside the house. After that, we’re back as one big gang,” Ali beams, adding that she will be back in India soon.

“I’ve interacted with Indian artistes on my show and found them really warm, especially Salman Khan. I have found some good prospects here but I’d rather talk when everything is frozen,” she adds.A political party, several actors and ex-Bigg Boss contestants opposed Ali and Mallik’s participation in the show on the grounds that Indians are not allowed to work in Pakistan. “We’re peace ambassadors who’ve entered the country on a visa and with legal permission. It’s a lie that Indian artistes are not allowed in Pakistan. Indian films and music are extremely popular there,” Ali retorts.

A little birdie informs us that, "In this week's episode Sudhiksha approaches the Emotional Attyachar team (EAT)to conduct the loyalty test on her boy friend Manish after finding him out to be a liar. As per his ex-girlfriend Shikha he had even got her pregnant. Also to Sudhiksha's bad luck Manish gets quite cozy with the undercover agent."

But before Sudhiksha was made to face the realities that EAT team had unraveled, a special guest was brought into picture….

Our source adds that, "The EAT showed the footage to special guest Salman Khan who was shocked and appalled at Manish's behavior and converses with the host Pravesh Rana that there is a thin line between healthy flirting and cheating, and one must never cross that. He further went onto discuss and understand the case in depth."

With Sudhiksha's parents entering at the viewing location how will she react when she confronts her love Manish is still awaited.

10 Ka Dum is finally taking off its third season later this year in December

It’s good news for all fans of Salman Khan. His 10 Ka Dum is finally taking off its third season later this year. Word has it that Khan will start shooting for the show sometime around November.

Our source says, “There was speculation about whether the third season will happen this year or not but now we have started the pre-production. If all falls into place then we hope to start shooting for it from November onwards. The show may go on air by December, post Kaun Banega Crorepati. If Salman has enough time on hand we will begin the shoot simultaneously with KBC. The format of the show will have slight changes, it will not be like the all-celebrity second season, commoners too are going to be part this time."

Anita Basu, director of Big Synergy says, “Yes we are slotted to come up with the third season this year itself. But I do not know when it will be on air."

The buzz is the show will go on air in early December and may replace KBC's fourth season. It was reported a couple of months back that the next season of 10 Ka Dum might have to wait till next year. But now it seems the wait is over for both the host and the channel.
