"I waited for a long time for my first Kannada film to release. After Porki, I immediately got a film opposite Siddharth. Getting into Tollywood opposite a big hero and under a big banner was a big deal," she explains.
But her big Tollywood break didn't set the box office on fire, which has left her disappointed as she was confident that the film would do well. However, Bava generated much buzz because of Pranitha's liplock with Siddharth. That's not something the actress is perturbed about, especially since she's continuing to get offers to do Telugu films. "There's no harm in kissing scenes. I'm open to them as far as the script demands it," she says, adding, "I've started shooting for another Telugu film, which I can't talk about right now."
